The Highway webcameras at the Royal Oak Drive overpass (Highway 17, aka Patricia Bay Highway) captured a few images of an MVI and some of the emergency vehicles and personnel that dealt with a vehicle incident, around 7:30 AM on September 23, 2025. The web camera site saves an image about every 10 minutes. The intersection is in Saanich (Victoria), Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada, so the emergency vehicles are likely from the Saanich Police, Saanich Fire Department, and Saanich and Ambulance Services. Thank you to the emergency services personnel.
