Important update: Do not bother learning this combo. I've found superior combos that are also much easier to do and you should learn them instead:

In Captain Marvel's case, the first part of the combo is:
Whatever into LK+HK j.HP land j.LP j.HP qcb+LK+HK j.LP j.HP (Hitting the LP after the flight requires specific timing but not too bad)
Then after the j.HP start pianoing HP → +LP, at a fast interval between each pianoing iteration, as you can hear from the button's cl-click cl-click cl-click sounds in this video.

Pianoing like this will execute both the dashes and the j.HPs, without getting j.LPs by mistake. After you learn to auto pilot it, you can start concentrating on adjusting your airdashes accordingly, choosing between neutral joystick position and up-forward joystick position. Captain Marvel's j.HP hits well below her but not above her, so you'll end up doing more u/f dashes than forward dashes. Practice on Rocket Racoon as he's the hardest to hit, and make sure to count how many dash HPs you are doing so you'll know when to cancel into the super.
You can squeeze in some more j.HPs if you do it faster, but doing it faster may also lead to screwups so don't be greedy over a tiny addition of damage.
