A general overview and introduction of Doctor Doom.
Doom is a bit of a fatty, but he is really close to top tier. He has some of the best zoning tools in the game, he can fly, and his Photon Array does a ton of damage. His normals might be a bit slow, but they have great hitboxes, especially his CHP. His second assist is amazing at chipping out characters. If you want a reliable member that can fill almost any role on a team, Doom is a great pick.
