These are the must have Fallout 4 mods that STILL WORK after the next gen update that just went live. In this video, I will showcase Fallout 4 PC Mods and Fallout 4 Console Mods (primarily Xbox, as PlayStation has a very limited mod pool), which will substantially improve your experience. I don't like giant overhaul mods and try to keep things close to the original intent. As such all of the mods in this list will improve your visual experience, and performance while not compromising on the game's original vision.
