"MuslimGauze is a particularly meaningful name for every electronic music fan. Another annual party in veneration of his memory will take place under the logotype Baraka again - organizers have turned the memorial action into the culturological festival with the music, video-installations, poetry declamation, art-exhibition and fire show. Free to enter.

Many thought MuslimGauze was crazy. He was englishman but those who heard his tracks for the first time considered that music should have been composed by an arab. He composed a lot of music maxing dab with the arabian ethnic, he composed both melodic tracks and noisy ones with overloads. According to the legend MuslimGauze reproduced almost all of the "sounds of life" from the cassettes from the belt-mounted dictaphones of the islamists gunmen. He died 14 January 1999 from a blood disease and left a lot all fans all around the globe. Among russian fans of Brian Jones's (MuslimGauze) creative work there are several experimental-electronic bands - many of them traditionally perform at Brian's "wakes", which take place ninth year in a row."
