Music game ‘Stage Tour' 20 More Songs Confirmed - inspired by ‘Guitar Hero‘ and ‘DJ Hero‘
More songs have been unveiled for the upcoming rhythm and music game ‘Stage Tour‘. That game is being developed by RedOctane Games, whose staff include individuals that previously worked on the ‘Guitar Hero‘ and ‘DJ Hero‘ franchises. … the game is being envisioned as a successor of sorts to the ‘Guitar Hero‘ franchise.

The game is set to be out on multiple platforms, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Steam, Epic Games Store and Nintendo Switch 2, on December 10th.
In addition to new real world Kramer & Gibson guitar peripherals, along with drums and a mic being made available for this game, the title is also expected to support select past musical peripherals released for other rhythm games, … with the use of an adapter.
Over 90 songs are being licensed for the game and they range many genres from thrash metal to classic rock, pop rock, funk, kawaii metal and more.
Following a new announcement at the 2026 ‘Gamescom‘ event in Cologne, Germany, 45 songs have now been confirmed.
