Went looking for some mushrooms. We were successful in finding oysters and reishi and almost stepped on a wild turkey. There were many we could not identify so we took samples to see if we could. I will try and add the identity of the mushrooms here when I figure them out. Description update: The mushroom we took samples of are Neofavolus alveolaris or the common name is hexagonal polypore. Although they are not toxic they are described as tuff and bitter.
