On 3rd - 4th June 2023, UWA sponsored Murlpirrmarra Connection's 15th Annual Cultural Weekend, between the Wiluna Martu Eagles, Mount Magnet Miners and the Dalkeith Nedlands Junior Football Club.

Saturday’s activities at UWA included a meet and greet, UWA Science magic show, presentation and barbeque, followed by a football kick around on James Oval.
