Momohime wakes up in her own body wondering what had happened after that flash of light. It seems like Fudo-Myoou gave even Rankai a fright back into a good person. We see Jinkuro who tells us Fudo-Myoou has made her body a new and Jinkuro can no longer get into her body which unfortunately means he is going to return to hell once again.
We flash back to what happened and see Fudo-Myoou in his demon form with Jinkuro defeated to the ground. Looks like not even his skills can beat a high god. He asks for Momohimes body to be repaired and have mercy on her soul as it wasn't her fault.
He return to see 3 gossiping women talking about momohime and her apparent rejection of marrage and the decision to follow the path of budda and become a Nun even Rankai is going on a pilgrimage across the country to regain his enlightenment.
The reason being to help Jinkuros soul rest easier by praying for his burden of sins. It is with this that Momohimes story ends which I guess means we will move onto the next one.
