If you have setup Multiple Monitors and notice that by default the Taskbar is only appearing at the Main Desktop but not on other monitors then you can change the Taskbar Settings and enable the option to Show Taskbar on All Displays.
This will show a separate taskbar for each of the monitor and then you can also further configure two related settings:
1. Show Taskbar buttons on
2. Customize buttons on the Taskbar
The Taskbar Buttons are the buttons of open and running application. You can choose either you want to display the open application's Taskbar Button on the Main Display and where the app is open or only at the Taskbar and the Monitor where app is open but not on the Main Taskbar. You can also choose the show the open application icons on All Taskbars.
Then you can further customize that either you want to see the Icons of open applications on the Taskbar or also want to display their Labels / Names alongside with the icon.
