This video will give you an idea of what you can do with a multiple monitor setup in DaVinci Resolve. However, this feature is only available in the studio version. What you can also do though is use a projector as a monitor.
For example you can make a wall projection animation, but in this case the projector should be in about the same location as when you made the animation if you want the shapes to be in the same position as you made them. Otherwise use a projection mapping software like Resolume Arena, Mad Mapper or HeavyM 2 which allow you to do much more.
