This patient presented with a nodule and or thyroid. Given the size and the fact that she was symptomatically elected to remove it. There are 44,000 cases of thyroid cancer in the United States each year. Of that 3/4 occurring women. Of those 44,000 only 2000 patients die a year. She was one of the lucky ones did not have to deal with cancer. She did well And went back to work in a week
