As it turns out, artificial intelligence is only as good (or as biased) as the humans who program it. In this episode, we learn how AI is programmed to process information, hear examples of situations where language led to some unexpected (and sometimes creepy) outcomes, and discuss what’s being done to address AI language issues before things go completely out of control.
