The photo noise is always a problem, especially when you are taking images using a smartphone with small sensor. There is a method which may be helpful for static scenes: multiexposure (stacking the exposures together). Using the sequential shooting mode, you may take more images of the same scene and then stack them in photo editor software.
This tutorial is shown with images taken with Apple iPhone SE smartphone and Adobe Photoshop CC. Nevertheless, the same concept can be applied to others smartphones, cameras and other softwares as well. If the tripod is used, you may skip the aligning part.
