Duffy and U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin briefly took questions from reporters. Secretary Markwayne Mullin pushed back against a reporter who argued illegal drivers make up only a 'small percentage,' saying even a fraction of 1% is too many and that every death is preventable.
