Today we are baking home-made bread from scratch. The recipe for this Mulgore spice bread is from the world of warcraft cookbook, but I have altered and tweaked it a bit to make it taste a bit more intense and to get the crust a bit crunchier.

Mulgore Spice Bread

Ingredients:
1½ cups / 375 ml warm milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons instant yeast or 21 gram of fresh bakers' yeast
Mulgore spices (1 teaspoon each ground cardamom, ginger, cinnamon; 2 pinches each ground cloves, nutmeg)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cups / 380 gr flour
