This is a recreation of a scene that, according to the archive, was meant to showcase Pementa's inability to swim, but rather, just stand on the water as if it were a solid.
The scene was never finished (until now ofc), and Pementa's ability to walk on water never made it into the series.
It would've been placed in between Mugman's call with Teanna and Johnny teasing the squirrel with an acorn.
