This video was taken several years ago at Combat Con where members of Bayt al-Asad partook in exercises from an 18th Century Mughal era manuscript. The manuscript shows two warriors drilling with knives from one of what are many positions. The positions are meant to train balance and dexterity from many levels that one may encounter when wrestling with daggers. In this drill we fought from sitting position.
