Finally
this char wouldnt have been possible if it wasnt for @kingofjustice6961 , @kinokisu2859 , @LZN1104 and others i forgot to mention
I've finally gotten around to releasing Kartis. He was my first ever experience at coding a char and I learned a ton from him. He's still rather bland compared to other edits since he lacks a large moveset and because of this his ai seems rather boring and sticks to 1 or 2 combos.
He was originally made by nekome. I simply added a few moves, edited existing ones for better play and gave him an ai.
I will later on completely remake him with a much larger moveset and a much more balanced gameplay. For now hes gonna be as is and i wont be updating him unless i really feel the need to.
