Hey everyone, here with another AI patch! This patch is for Dr. M's Mario, the earliest known Mario for MUGEN, even predating ShinRyoga and NeOaNkH's version. For being one of the first of its kind in the wild west era of the DOS MUGEN days, the character holds up very well. The AI patch is rather simple as his best strategy is zoning out his opponents while his normals are rather lackluster. Because of this, he is a bit match up dependent, but I found him to be strong more often than not.
