- 280 grama brašna (oštro, tip 400)
- 5 grama praška za pecivo
- 1 prstohvat soli
- 130 grama maslaca
- 80 grama šećera

- korica od pola limuna
- 1 žlica vode
- kalup za muffine

Sastojci za nadjev:
- 70 grama smeđeg šećera
- 4 jabuke srednje veličine (otprilike 700 grama)
- 1 žličica cimeta
- 15 grama gustina
- 25 mililitara vode

Sastojci za mrvice:
- 50 grama otopljenog maslaca
- 60 grama smeđeg šećera
- 1/4 žličice cimeta
