Fifty yards from what was the River and bay to the ocean at Charleston SC is the Old Exchange Custom building with a dungeon and another with a subterranean restaurant. The current water/ocean is another two blocks away, but maps from the time when the buildings were built shows the water right where the basements are! Evidence of the Mud Flood abounds, and this is no exception. Enjoy the old world architecture and the land and water that has moved blocks away in just a few years in the past.
