More brilliance here from my visit travelling around Scotland earlier this year! It had been 8 years since I last visited and spent time with the always outstanding Muay Thai world champion Keith McLachlan so it was great to see him back in action once again at his new Eclipse Muay Thai gym 🔥🥋🥊

In this clip I stole from him after filming, he (alongside his son and equally brilliant Muay Thai fighter Corey McLachlan), he goes over one way he likes to leave the right cross out when fighting in order to build a second phase combination 🔥🥊
