The last time I was in Vancouver, I was hugely fortunate to be able to spend time with and film the outstanding duo of Petchpanomrung Kiatmoo9 and Adrian Shead!!
GLORY Kickboxing world champion Petpanomrung has recently retired from fighting after a hugely successful career in both Kickboxing and Muay Thai, and will be doing a multi date seminar tour in the UK throughout September. One stop will be with me at my Manchester based gym on Sunday 20th September.
Well known for his hard hitting kicks and high fight IQ, Petpanomrung here goes over one of his favourite ways to feint the teep in order to land a hard hitting elbow (alongside the equally brilliant Adrian Shead).
