I had the huge pleasure of visiting the brand new facility for K-Star Legacy Muay Thai Gym in Birmingham yesterday 🤯 Head coach Damien Trainor has done a truly amazing job in making it one of the must-visit Muay Thai gyms in the UK 🔥🥋🥊🤯
