Documentary film about a week in the life of a boxing camp situated in Northern Thailand. The resident boxers are orphan "Hill Tribe" kids who literally fight to escape a life of poverty and isolation in their home villages. Life as a fighter comes at a price however; Muay Thai requires a huge commitment, leaving little time to develop career skills in other fields. As the young boxers grow up, they are witness to the struggles of itinerant fighters who, past their prime, turn to dangerous, bare fist fights against Burmese boxers, who may have even less to lose than their Thai counterparts.
