Dr. Laura Clark, director of MTSU's Center for Educational Media, on April 20, 2026, formally unveiled the center's new Studio A set, used primarily for "Out of the Blue," the university's public affairs show! The set will also be used by the center for educational TV programs. "Out of the Blue," which appears on MTSU True Blue TV and public stations in 30 states, is hosted by Dr. Andrew Oppmann and produced by the center and the Division of Marketing and Communications. #trueblue
