Grenada is the Spice Island, and visiting Mt. Parnassus Plantation I had the chance to learn about the spices, fruits, and vegetables that grow here, and how this sustainable property is telling the story of the beautiful country.

Owner Tricia Simon took a small group on the first tour of her plantation, and I had the chance to try bush tea, learn about the history of the island, and enjoy Grenadian music and dances.
