On this occasion, we rented a jeep from Collegiate Peaks Off-roading in Buena Vista and drove a rough road up Mt Antero to where the road ends at 13,700’, then hiked the rest of way to the summit. The summit view was average and it was getting crowded, so we only stayed there for a few min. I then headed over to nearby Centennial 13er Cronin Peak and hiked up to the summit from the road in about 1hr. Didn’t see a soul on my hike up Cronin. Total hiking stats: 4 miles with 1600’ gain
