![Battlefield 1 Beta - GTX 960m 2G OC
Info
MSI GE62- i7-6700hq 2.6GHz, 16GB 2133MHz DDR4, GTX 960m 2G OC [1232 Core, 1311 Boost (1337max), 3125 Memory]
The GTX 960m is effectively a GTX 750ti.
-Game Settings/Performance-
1080p(900p internal)@60fps Low settings w/ medium textures, ultra texture filtering and TXAA.
Framerate is above 60 most of the time, normally around the 70-80 mark, though dips below 60 are possible if the CPU thermal throttles.
-The notebook-
The cooling on the GE62 is normally able to keep the system cool, though any heavy CPU loads will cause the whole system to heat up rapidly and throttle. GPU is normally fine, but CPU and Audio chips are hit hard. This is even with Cooler Boost 3 enabled (7000rpm fan mode), which normally reduces temps by 18C down to 70C.
I dont recommend MSI laptops. The CPU cooling is bad, horrible DPC latency and the software is buggy.
