Microsoft Edge has a built-in image editor that lets you edit images before downloading them to your computer.
You can make basic changes like cropping, adjusting brightness, exposure, saturation, tint, shadow, etc.
Also, it also has a mark-up feature that works with a mouse, touch, or stylus and allows the user to annotate an image.
Microsoft Edge Browser - Image Enhancement option is different from the Image editing option.

MS Edge Browser Feature Enhance Images?
Microsoft Edge has a feature called “Enhance Images” that automatically adjusts the brightness, contrast, and tone of images on websites to make them look better on your device screen. This feature is currently available in the Canary version of Microsoft Edge and can be enabled in the browser’s settings.

To enable the “Enhance Images” feature in Microsoft Edge Browser, follow these steps:
Launch the Microsoft Edge browser and click on the Ellipse (…) icon in the top-right corner of the window.
Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
Switch to the “Privacy, search, and services” tab on the left side of the Settings page.
Scroll down to the “Services” section on the right side of the page.
Find the option labeled “Enhance images in Microsoft Edge” and turn it ON .
