This is the redstone pulse length decoder that I made. This video also includes some of its application which was to compress/decrease the number of wires needed to transfer multiple input and output.

This is how I freeze time instead of using the randomtickspeed. I use pigs and a lot of lightnings. This is the bug that I found in 1.8. But unfortunately, it was fixed it 1.8.1. D:
