This sounds surprisingly a lot more evil than usual for Mr. Nezzer considering he wasn't a villain at all in the movie, although in the game he's given a slightly bigger role than in the film. This one's heard in the mini-game "Crunch Time" where the goal is to feed the Pirates Who Don't Do Anything cheese curls and avoid feeding rats and Nezzer (for some reason).
