This is Mr. Do! for the SNES. It's a faithful port of the arcade game for the home console.
I was not able to capture this video using my capture device, so I filmed gameplay from a Sony KV-32HS420 (HD-CRT) and a Sony KV-27FS120 (SD-CRT) using my Sanyo X1400 camera.
There were some issues with the CRTs syncing up with the camera and that is why you'll start to see a dark bar now and then. You can skip ahead to about the 8 minute mark to see the recording on the 27" SD-CRT that managed to film a little bit better than the HD-CRT.
