This was not made by me, This is a re upload of a mashup of Tourettes guy and Rocko's Modern Life made by a YouTuber I believe by the name of TheWillZilla back in 2008, it was taken down by you know who. I found it on my hard drive and I thought I'd re upload it. There were actually 3 of these videos, the other 2 also got taken down and I don't have them.
