The summary of the video would be:- Hopper clocks are a-ok (you can reduce the relatively tiny lag using tile entities: youtube.com/watch?v=qEi-tKrxDNk)- Comparator clocks are pretty bad, try not to use them!- Fill clocks can fill a great bunch of blocks, but try not to have too many individual fill clocks as they (presumably) cause lag by outputting into the terminal.EDIT: If you turn off the gamerule logAdminCommands, the fill clocks barely lag(similar to hopper clocks), which means you do not have to worry about lag from the fill clocks themselves any more. They are much faster, which means the commands they execute can actually lag more than if they are on a hopper clock.
