Legislators, especially those from Tooro Kingdom, have commended the legacy of the late King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, describing him as a beacon of unity and a selfless leader.
The MPs say his death is a big blow to the Kingdom and the country at large, and are now asking government to keep his legacy alive by establishing the King Oyo Cancer Institute and renaming Buhinga Stadium after him.
This was during a plenary sitting where Parliament paid tribute to the King.
