I gave this speech at my local spiritualist church. It is about the ability of spirits to move back and forth through the dimensions and my own personal experiences interacting with spirits that lead me to believe the things I say. I am a spiritualist reverend.
The reason I am reading is because I was woken with a nudge from spirit in the middle of the night, and I recorded what they wanted me to channel, in the morning I wrote it out. I wish I had time to memorize it, but I also wanted to be as precise as I could about what they were communicating to me.
Spiritualism, as a religion and way of life, centers on the belief that human consciousness, or spirit, persists after death and can communicate with the living. This communication is often facilitated through individuals known as mediums, who are believed to possess the ability to connect with the spirit world. Spiritualism emerged as a movement in the mid-19th century and gained significant popularity, offering a sense of hope and connection for those grappling with loss, particularly in the aftermath of events like the Civil War and World War I. Followers find comfort in the idea of continued existence and the potential for guidance and wisdom from spirits, believing that actions in this life have implications for their evolving spiritual journey after death.
