Today was moving day for two of my chickens - Pixie & Trixie - now 9 weeks old. Their "coop" outside is actually a dog pen we converted. They have also gone from chick to adult feed & we have added treat cakes & grit to their diet.

My other hen - Dixie - I guess because of her breed - seems to be growing at a slower rate. So - I'm going to keep her inside for at least another week. Just until she gets a little bigger.

*Plus - a little surprise visitor came over for a visit today too.
