"The Need for Speed." The Kawasaki GPZ900R used a 908 cc 16-valve inline-4 engine with liquid cooling. The GPZ made an astonishing 115 hp at 9800 rpm! The GPZ900R used a steel frame, 16-inch front, and 18-inch rear wheels, air suspension, and an anti-dive fork. Importantly though Kawasaki positioned the engine lower in the frame, allowing it to maintain a lower center of mass enabling perfect performance. The motorcycle is owned by our customer, Jerome LeBlanc, a Tom Cruise impersonator. His likeness to Maverick is astonishing. We maintain the bike for him, as he uses it for various promotional events around San Diego.
