At the Music& event at the LilyPad in Cambridge, Sept 14 2016, we brought together jazz improvisers and music technologists for some informal experiments. This video shows Emily Beattie and Catherine Siller performing a movement piece in which the musicians made sustained sounds only while the two dancers were not touching. Musicians included Gill Aharon on piano, Alec Spiegelman on clarinet, Allan Chase on saxophone, Brett MacAaulay on drums and Chris Chronopoulos on his Triangulation drone synthesizer.
