Every year I tell my story about why I participate in Movember to my students. I always ask how many of their families have dealt with or are currently dealing with cancer and every class has about 15 to 25 students hands up. I explain that we are all going to experience cancer in our lives so what are we going to do about it? What am I doing about it?

Well, I am fighting and have been fighting cancer for about 26 years now. I have raised $3,140 towards cancer research and have heart to heart conversations with about 200 teenagers every year about cancer and what they can do too. So please join us in the fight and grow a crazy moustache, have conversations, and fundraise for cancer research with me.
