HDTVTest | Move Over LG C2… Here's The World's First 42-inch OLED with Heatsink to Prevent Burn-In @hdtvtest | Uploaded August 2022 | Updated October 2024, 3 hours ago.
The LG 42C2 was the world's first 42-inch OLED TV, but we've taken a first look at the Asus PG42UQ OLED gaming monitor, which is the world's first 42-inch OLED to be equipped with a heatsink.

The large custom heatsink will serve to: a) reduce the risk of image retention & permanent burn-in; and b) achieve higher peak brightness.

The Asus ROG Swift OLED gaming monitor is available in two screen sizes, namely the 42-inch PG42UQ (£1399) and the 48-inch PG48UQ (£1499).

*Note: We misspoke at 0:15 in the video, saying "Ferrari F330" when it should be "F430". Thank you those who pointed it out!
