Warm up your joints the right way - then move with a body thatβs truly ready.
This workout starts with targeted mobility training to improve movement, activate muscles, and prepare your joints before cardio begins. Unlike passive stretching, mobility training builds strength, control, and stability through your full range of motion.
What is Mobility Training?
Mobility training is not the same as stretching. Stretching lengthens a muscle passively. Mobility training builds your active control through a full range of motion - meaning you are not just reaching a position but owning it, controlling it, and moving through it with strength and stability.
The Mobility Section Targets:
π Shoulders β restoring overhead reach, rotation, and the full range of motion daily life quietly steals
π¦ Hips β releasing the flexors, rotators, and stabilizers that tighten with sitting, stress, and hormonal changes
βοΈ Joint Preparation β warming the connective tissue and synovial fluid that lubricate your joints before loading them
π« Nervous System Readiness β activating the neuromuscular connections that make movement feel controlled and confident
π― Movement Quality β establishing the range and control that makes every cardio movement that follows more effective and safer
Then we move into functional cardio designed to support real-life movement, balance, coordination, and confidence. Low and high-impact options are provided throughout, with jumping kept optional. Impact work can help support bone density and fast-twitch muscle strength after 40.
This workout is suitable for all levels and osteoporosis-friendly.
