In this session, i have discussed Section 22 of Indian Penal Code, which is Movable Property. The bare act provision is just a single liner. But I have tried to see this section along with Transfer of Properties Act, General Clauses Act as well as Registration Act. I have not limited the discussion to Movable Property because you can understand Movable Property only after understanding Immovable Property. So, discussed both the concepts with few case laws too.
