Timing from fadein to fadeout because that's the metric that feels most natural to me, but I think a real run might start this segment from reset. Got some other runs that were 31ish range but had some flaws, so decided to work toward a sub 30. The final room was still atrocious (the wavedash lmaoooo), but the other two were really good and that one at least had generally the right strategies.
