Wow - what a memorable outing! This was my first experience getting caught in a thunderstorm and learned from this experience - always check the weather forecast in advance of heading out into the back country and "know when to go". Huge thanks to everyone that recommended using a water bobber and fly set up with fluorocarbon line as it worked the trick. Caught 5 fish in my hour of fishing!!!
