Testing my Mountain Hardwear Trango 2 in full winter conditions. The snow was fantastic as was the wind which changed direction and blasted the tent from the side. I had walked into this summit for a couple of hours with 700m of ascent and was so tired that I couldn't be bothered to guy out the tent fully. I assumed from the forecast that it wouldn't be too windy and the tent survived no problem. My learning from the experience is that you have to be more disciplined when the conditions are harsh and make sure that you guy out and secure the tent properly. Tom
