I crashed on my mountain bike
So I asked the Trail Boss to help me out!

Jeff Lenosky is not only a top notch trials and mountain bike rider, he's a great guy! In general I've found the pro riders in this wonderful sport of mountain biking to be some of the nicest people you could ever meet. In this video you will see Jeff helping me figure out how to get down a trail that has me beat. Very cool of him to help me out!
