The Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad operated between Mineral and Elbe, Washington through the thick forested country just south of Mt Rainier. It showcased a great collection of logging locomotives and rolling stock.
Sadly, the railroad closed in 2020, but you can still get a taste of the Mt. Rainier Scenic here.
This segment is from our program "Northwest Heritage Railways" featuring five tourist lines in Oregon, Washington, and California. It is available on DVD and Blu-ray. Visit 7ideaproductions.com.
